Richard Group is a general contracting firm based in Chicago, IL specializing in commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects. Their teams need to leverage technology to boost efficiency and access information from several channels of the organization to accurately respond to proposals and bid invitations for work.
As operations continue to grow, Richard requires more organized data practices and information storing procedures to support marketing, business development, and operations teams in the proposal creation process.
Past present relevant experience (PPRE) is scattered across spreadsheets and software tools, decreasing employees' efficiency in composing proposals.

Current information storing practices require time-consuming efforts to locate employee and project data by Richard employees. Our team was tasked with developing a SSOT for all historical project and employee data, creating one connected system that supports teams in preparing proposals, identifying qualified personnel, and analyzing trends across past projects for proposal creation.
